Sara Reinholz

Financial Ministry Assistant

Sara serves Forestville as our Financial Ministry Assistant.  In this role she is responsible for processing incoming funds and managing outgoing expenses.  Sara works daily with our Stewardship team to keep the church finances in order.  She also facilitates transparent reporting of Forestville’s financial standing to the church body.  Sara also works to create marketing materials for the church and to the community as a whole.  Sara enjoys her role here because she gets to wear many different hats, including opportunities to use her creative nature.  As she has transitioned into this role, she continues to take on additional responsibilities and she is an incredible asset to our church office.

Sara grew up at Forestville and was saved here during a Sunday evening service when she was seven years old.  Sara felt such a calling from the Holy Spirit that she ran out of my shoes trying to get to the altar!  Sara’s mother also grew up at Forestville, so this body has a deep connection to her family.

Sara has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from North Greenville University.  In addition to her job responsibilities at the church, Sara also serves on our church safety team, in the preschool department and as a coach for Forestville’s basketball ministry.   Sara’s favorite part of being on staff at Forestville is that she is able to serve a church that has shaped both her life and the lives of her entire family over generations.

The scripture that Sara works to keep at the forefront of her life is 1 Corinthians 16:14, "Do everything in love.".  Sara’s willingness to serve was modeled by both of her parents who have worked within the church body for all of their marriage.  Sara is married to her college sweetheart, John, who continues the family commitment to service in his role as a deacon for our church.  They have been entrusted with two spirited and precious children, Payton and Brody.   Sara’s hobbies include spending time creatively through crafting and event planning
